David Sea - Angel (You're The Sunshine) 1982 (45)



He began singing as a youngster with the gospel group "The Johnson Harmonaires", which also included his brother. He formed his own group called "David Sea & The Question Marks. As a solo soul singer, he recorded for the Hy-Tyde label two singles, one wonderful soul entitled “Angel” and one funky entitled “Destiny”.



The product was good, but the record company was small. There were distribution problems. For this reason they were released in 1982 on T-Jaye Records. The single “Angel” was produced by Al Lewis. Executive producer by Ted Jarrett. Ted Jarrett is best known as a R&B songwriter and producer. He gospel record man for most of his life reorganized his T-Jaye Records label as a gospel label in 1982.
