Bobbi Walker - Are you ready for love 1982



Bobbi Walker recorded two albums. 1st album in 1980 on Casablaca Records entitled "Diamond in the rough". Two years later she released a self-titled album on Alfa Records. It was recorded at Jennifudy Recording Studios, North Hollywood, California. In album participated Leon Pendarvis and Joe Sample on keyboards, Jeff Mironov and Barry Finnerty on guitars, Nathan East on bass, Ricky Lawson and Ed Green on drums, Larry Williams on synthesizers, Paulinho Da Costa on percussion. Also Wilton Felder saxophone on "We all have a star". Horn Section by Chuck Finley, Gary Grant and Larry Williams. Rhythm arranged by Leon Pendarvis. Orchestral arrangements by Steve Tyrell. Produced by Steve Tyrell.




I chose the track entitled "Are you ready for love". First recording by female singer Joy Fleming in 1976.
