Timmy Thomas - Same ole song 1984

Timmy Thomas (born 13 November 1944, Evansville, Indiana) was best known for the hit song, "Why Can't We Live Together" in late 1972. This disc sold over two million copies. He recorded five (5) albums. The last of them called "Gotta Give A Little Love (Ten Years After)" in 1984 on Gold Mountain Records. In this album were included two wonderful tracks entitled "My last affair" and "Same ole song". "My last affair" Thomas released as a single on SRI Spector Records International in 1982. "Same ole song" Thomas released as a single on Gold Mountain Records in 1984 respectively.
I have noticed that many radio producers don’t really play the song "Same ole song" on their radio show. It is unbelievable. In my opinion this song is a fantastic mid-tempo.

Composed and produced by Lou Pace.

Thomas appeared on Nicole McCloud's 1985 album "What About Me?", singing a duet with her called "New York Eyes".

Note: The above posted track is not played in full
