The Alberici Sisters - No One Could Ever Love You 1978

Maria Lauren and Linda Eichberg

Today I'm presenting you a beautiful song entitled "No One Could Ever Love You" by The Alberici Sisters. The Alberici Sisters are Maria Lauren (aka: Maria Elena Alberici) and Linda Eichberg (aka: Linda Alberici). In 1973 The Alberici Sisters joined the group The Golddiggers which has appeared on The Dean Martin Show,  The Bob Hope Show and many other programs.

While performing with The Golddiggers, Maria and Linda were the Las Vegas opening act for top celebrities and appeared on many TV shows.
In 1977, The Golddiggers including Maria Lauren and sister, Linda Eichberg, were the opening act for the Rat Pack Tour, “Together Again” starring Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Following that tour, third sister Darlene Cianci, joined The Golddiggers to tour with Donald O’Conner, Dick Shawn and Milton Berle… On this tour, Maria Lauren proved her comedic ability as the “Leading Lady” in the star-studded Vaudeville skit.

At that time, they signed to the Tony Camillo's label Delwood Records. They recorded two songs at Venture Sounds, Somerville, N.J.. Both songs were released as a single entitled "No One Could Ever Love You" and "Did You Ever".

Tony Camillo composed the song "No One Could Ever Love You". He was also producer and arranger.

In 1980 they released another single "We're Gonna Love / England's Children" on MSR Records label from Chicago. In the 80′s, the Alberici Sisters, Maria Lauren and her sisters, Linda Eichberg and Darlene Cianci entertained internationally with a Command Performance for the Royal Family of Monaco. In the 80′s and 90′s, Maria Lauren regularly opened for Dean Martin at Bally’s Las Vegas.
Finally I want to mention that in 2011 a book entitled "Beyond Our Wildest Dreams" was released in which the Alberici Sisters share their experiences.
