Ode to the Road: From Huntington to Hi Records by Kip Carmen
Hello my friends. I'm delighted to tell you that a few days ago, the singer, guitarist and composer, Kip Carmen announced on his Fb page that released an album including rare and unreleased recordings. These recordings happened from 1974 to 1977 when he was signed to Hi Records. All songs produced and engineered by Bill Cantrell at Royal Studios in Memphis, Tennessee, except alto sax and/or bass overdubs were added to Tracks 3, 4, 5 and 8 at Flying Z Studios (Islip, NY) in 1978. The album is streaming now on all platforms, and vinyl is coming in 2-3 months. You can preorder now on the Bandcamp page.
