Tender Aggression - Tender Aggression 1976


Tender Aggression was an obscure disco/funk group from Germany. They recorded two Lps in the same year. Dieter Reith was the Band leader as keyboardist (one of Europe’s top rock-jazz players). Also Curt Cress (the driving drummer of Passport), Dave King bass player, Siggi Schwab (#1 on guitar in Germany), Ack VanRooyen trumpet players (This Dutchman is truly labeled “Soul in the Horn”) and Bob Burgess trombone players. You can enjoy the track “Tender Aggression” from the album “Fly disco fly” in 1976 released on Morningstar Records. Arranged and solo sax by Bernd Rabe.

The Muglestons - The Muglestons 1977 Lp

The Muglestons was a five-member family group which appeared in various places with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Pat Henry, Judy Lynn, Barbara Mandrell, Bob Hope and Charlie Rich. It has also appeared on the " Merv Griffin Show ". In addition,  it was possibly one of the first musical groups to perform on Dick Clark's " American Bandstand " without a recording. The group has started singing together since the late 60s. They consisted by the brothers and sister  Bob , Blaine , Troy , Lance and Desiree . In the mid 70s the group signed with the Mike Curb's label, called AOA. In 1977 the group released an album on ECI (Entertainment Consultants International). Sir James Randolph was born in Brewton Alabama. After leaving Alabama, he moved to New York where he attended and graduated from Long Island University. He started to sing in night clubs throughout the city. Then he was involved into Theater, Television & Film. Performing in Las Vegas and around the world, Sir James Randolph has become one of the most celebrated performers. Sir James Randolph made his only Broadway appearance as Sky Masterson in the 1976 all black company of " Guys and Dolls "   along   with   Robert Guillaume as Nathan Detroit,   Norma Donaldson as Miss Adelaide ,  Ernestine Jackson as Sarah Brown." Guys and Dolls " is a musical and was directed and choreographed by Billy Wilson. This production featured Motown-style musical arrangements by Danny Holgate and Horace Ott and direction by Billy Wilson. The show closed on February 13, 1977 after 239 performances and 12 previews.
