Tom Grose & The Varsity - More of you 1985
Led a popular band in Atlanta during the mid-80s and early 90s called Tom Grose & The Varsity. He had some successes and some of these songs were played on radio shows. Also one song was played on national television exposure. Won numerous awards. Played and sang on countless albums.
He wrote the theme song for and performed in the first NBA music video with the Atlanta Hawks. Made the semifinals on "StarSearch." Won the $100,000 Grand Prize on "You Write The Songs." Wrote the score for "Rockin' To The Pointe," the first rock & roll ballet performed by The Atlanta Ballet at the Atlanta Civic Center during two seasons in 1989 and 1991. Sang and played on many national and regional radio and television commercials.
He started in 1985 releasing single (today ultra rare) entitled "I'll be allright / More of you" on Crossover Music Group. Both of the songs were included on the album entitled "I'll be allright" released in 1985 on the same label. Two years later this album was re-released. However the title changed to "She wants your money" on Neo Records. It was also released on CD on the same label (Neo Records).
Produced by David Martin. Composed by himself.
I want to mention that this version is a bit different of the other version on the album in 1988.
Note: The above posted single is not played in full
